The property can accommodate up to 12 people.

Renting the property

The house is rented as a whole: we do not offer separate rooms. The property is never shared with other tenants.

Other things to consider
Access to the property does not give you the right to organize receptions or parties where the number of people exceeds the capacity of the house (12 people).
We do not allow reporting, filming, etc.
For all such uses, the explicit consent of the owner is required. If consent is granted, the details of these events will be discussed.
